"Just a Buck" Makes All The Difference!
The "Just a Buck" program is an easy way for you to make a payroll deducted contribution to Ronald McDonald House Charities of West Georgia, Inc. It works very simply; you agree to have $1 (or more if you wish) deducted from every paycheck and your donation is sent directly to Ronald McDonald House Charities of West Georgia, Inc. By doing so, you have the ability to make a significant difference in the lives of the families of critically ill children.
Some quick arithmetic shows that if a "Just a Buck" donor receives 26 paychecks each year and donates $1 from each check to the Ronald McDonald House, that equates to an annual personal contribution of $26. Just imagine if 100 of your friends or co-workers also signed up for the "Just a Buck" program. The total annual contribution would be in excess of $2,600 each year. If the number of participants increased to 500, "Just a Buck" donors would be responsible for a massive $13,000 donation to Ronald McDonald House Charities of West Georgia, Inc.!
Just like any household, the Ronald McDonald House has regular bills to pay. With the ability to provide accommodations for up to 40 people per night, the House also has sizable operating costs to meet. Needless to say, the funds generated through the "Just a Buck" program are very important to our charity and to the families who stay with us.
