"Share-a-Night" ProgramDates: November 20, 2011 through January 31, 2012 Location: Ronald McDonald House Charities of West Georgia, Columbus, GA “Share a Night”. . . “Share a Life” The Ronald McDonald House in Columbus, Georgia provides a “home away from home” for families who travel to Columbus for specialized medical care for their seriously ill or injured children. The House can accommodate up to 40 individuals per night and provides everything from comfortable, private bedrooms, several living areas, computer library, meals, transportation, and much, much more!Every night, it costs over $55 to
provide one room for a family to stay at the Ronald McDonald House and families
are asked to contribute a small donation for their room but those who cannot
afford to pay, stay free of charge. This holiday season, if you are looking for a meaningful gift for your family, friends, and co-workers, consider making a donation to the “Share-a-Night” program. Donations are used to help defray the cost that families incur and assist them during one of life’s most heart-wrenching experiences, the illness and hospitalization of a child.Click on the ATTACHMENT below to read this year's LETTER spotlighting three families who recently stayed at our Ronald McDonald House.
